Natural Rubber

The Tyre manufacturing process starts with the rubber tree plantation, where a sloping laceration is created in the crust of the tree from which the latex bleeds and is gathered

Chemicals

There are countless chemicals included into the rubber to upgrade its toughness and sharpness. Of the key chemical items, carbon black is the grandest, followed by Sulphur, zinc stearate, wax, accelerator, and antioxidants.

Carbon Black

Carbon black forms up to 30% of the tyre. Rubber fortified with carbon black is considerably more scrape – invulnerable, tougher, slower weathering and is not difficult to prepare than rubber alone. Carbon black also assist secure rubber from ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun.

Sulphur

The sulphur is a profoundly relevant vulcanizing assistant, which supports the rubber and accords traits of toughness and plasticity that one attaches to tyres.

Zinc Stearate

Limited quantities of zinc stearate and waxes can aid to monitor the recovery ratio and create rubber not difficult to handle. They also assist to avert oxidation.

Steel

The steel is about one fifth of the tyre’s heaviness and is indispensable item, exclusively for the ‘ Three Bs,’ Beads, Belts and Body. Just as the carbon black moves as a kind of ‘rebar’ for the ‘concrete of the rubber, the steel cord in a radial tyre function similar to the steel fabric of a state-of-the-art structure.
